Mine probably had a few spots on it, but I paid $175 for the "express cleaning service" offered by my complex. Now they sent my final move-out bill w/a $451 charge for carpet replacement. I lived in the place for 1.5 years. There was nothing wrong w/it beyond normal wear & tear, imo.

If it was really just normal wear and tear then they shouldn't be able tondo that in most states if you have a normal lease
